Amber moved to Las Vegas, Nev., in 2000 with her mother, Diane, and grandma, Junice. While growing up, Amber spent many hours with her grandma and grandpa, Junice and Bennie Botner. She was the “apple of their eye.” She enjoyed spending summers in North Dakota with her family, Don, Sandi, and Kim Sivertson. Amber loved the ride from Minot on “the New Town” bus.

Amber became a godmother to Kayley Dawn Sivertson Neukam in 1998. It was one of her favorite roles in life. She and Kayley always shared a love of fashion and movies.
Amber’s work in timeshare was like no others. Her talents were immeasurable and she loved her job. It was always her mission to help others in getting a job in timeshare and to help them to succeed. Amber always wanted the best for everyone.  Amber was so proud of her North Dakota family. She loved to share stories about North Dakota and all of her mother’s friends. She helped people in any way possible and was a very compassionate person. She also was worried about other people’s needs over her own.
Amber was baptized at Clear Creek Lutheran Church, Keene, N.D. and was a member of Canyon Ridge Church, Las Vegas, Nev. Amber loved cooking, Halloween and Christmas holidays. She loved to be on Facebook so she could keep in contact with everyone. Amber was very outgoing and she always wanted to get people together.
