Ann Marie McIntosh
Anne Marie McIntosh (Sundfor), of Bellevue, Neb., passed away on Feb. 22, 2011. She was born on Sept. 11, 1974, in Crosby, N.D. A memorial service was held on Thursday, Feb. 24, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., at Bellevue Memorial Chapel in Bellevue.
She is survived by her mother, Linda M., and husband, Phillip Ray, of Bellevue; her father, Gary Sundfor, of Rock Springs, Wyo.; sisters, Renee Sundfor, Gillette, Wyo., Kathryn Ray, Bellevue, Sarah Ray, Bellevue; brother, Phillip Ray III, Bellevue; three aunts, Elaine Lorntson, Carol Kaminski and Nancy Irmen; one uncle, Rick Stoveland and several cousins.
The family asks that memorials be made to the Nebraska Humane Society or the American Cancer Society.
