Mary Beth Bopp

Mary Beth Bopp, 50, of Watford City, N.D., formerly of Denver, Colo., passed away on Thursday, Oct. 27, 2016, at her home in Watford City, N.D.
Mary Beth was born on Jan. 5, 1966, in Denver, Colo., the daughter of Richard and Janice (Plett) Leonard.
She grew up and attended schools in the Denver area.
Mary Beth graduated from Alameda High School in Lakewood, Colo.
While in high school Mary Beth worked at the La Petite Academy and after graduation she attended the academy where she received her teaching certificate.
After receiving her certificate, Mary Beth continued teaching at the La Petite Academy.
On Nov. 18, 1997, Mary Beth was united in marriage to Daniel “Don” Bopp in Golden, Colo.
They made their home in Colorado until Dec. of 2011, when they moved to Watford City, N.D., where they have been ever since.
Mary Beth enjoyed being with family and making them happy. She enjoyed cooking for the holidays, her favorite holiday was Christmas.  Mary Beth loved being just a Mom.
She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.
Surviving her are her husband, Daniel “Dan” Bopp; her daughter, Malorey Jane Bopp; her two sons, Tyler Lawrence Bopp and Sean Jacob Bopp all of Watford City, N.D.; brother, Leoroy Leonard, Parker, Colo.; sisters, Vickie Carrington, Arvada, Colo., Cindy Myotte, Louisville, Colo. and Sylvia Jensen, Boulder, Colo.
