Wrestlers to host Killdeer Thursday

After last Friday’s snowstorm forced the Watford City varsity wrestling team to pull out of their match with Carrington and Saturday’s Carrington Tournament, the Wolves will be back on the mat this Thursday when they host the Killdeer Cowboys, the No. 1 ranked team from Region 4, as part of a triangular meet.

n spite of only competing in seven of the 14 weight classes, Watford City varsity wrestlers did very well this past weekend at the Sidney Invitational scoring 104 points for a seventh place finish.
