Alexander Daycare breaks ground

There was a ceremonial ground-breaking for the new child care facility in Alexander on Tuesday, June 11. At the ground-breaking, officials took a few minutes to thank those involved in the project and talk about the future.
Alexander Mayor Ken Wilcox began the program saying, “It has always been believed that this would be a good place for the daycare. It will help not just Alexander, but it will help Watford City, Sidney and Williston people that are traveling back and forth to work. So it will help the whole community out.”
The project, which has been in the planning and designing stages for the past year, will be a 7,500 square foot, stick-built structure that has been specifically designed for the Alexander community.
