Bakken Classic Point Show declared a success by participants

On the first weekend in July, the Bakken Classic Junior Live Point Show (BCJLPS) was held at the McKenzie County Ag Expo for the first time.
Laci Cargo, one of the volunteers for the event said, “What an awesome facility and everyone was great to work with and very helpful.”
Riley Faller, the chairman of the BCJLPS committee, said they were excited to have the show this year, and bring it back after missing it last year.
Faller explained that the BCJLPS is one of a number of point shows held in the area, and “anyone who can walk to about 21 depending on where their birthday is can enter.”
In these shows, contestants show pigs, goats, sheep, and cattle in a wide variety of classes.
