Battling back from near fatal accident

“A rug was pulled from underneath me only two and a half months into my new career. My life will never be the same, but that will not stop me from working hard and hopefully working as a nurse practitioner again,” says Amanda Mitchell, of recovering from a horrific vehicle accident that occurred in Watford City on Monday, July 13, 2020.
On that fateful day, Mitchell had just ended a 12-hour shift at the McKenzie County Hospital and was hoping to fill her empty stomach after a hard day of work.
