Bison complete miraculous comeback in road win at ETSU

It was a return to the win column for NDSU Football on Saturday at East Tennessee State. And it was also a return to some of the Houdini tricks that Bison fans will remember from the days of Steve Walker and Carson Wentz.
NDSU escaped in improbable fashion, with a 38-35 win in Johnson City, Tennessee, but for most of the second half, it looked like NDSU would fall to 1-2 on the young season. Cam Miller, like those great quarterbacks of the past, however, had a flair for the dramatic and a steely-nerved kicker delivered the key play.
The day started well for NDSU. Bryce Lance continued his strong season showing, opening up NDSU’s scoring with a 18-yard rushing touchdown. His first career rushing touchdown made it 7-0 Bison.
