Dredging project planned for Tobacco Gardens

After years of hoping, plans are in the making for the dredging of the marina at the Tobacco Gardens Resort & Marina, located on Lake Sakakawea north of Watford City.
Peggy Hellandsaas, owner of the marina, says this is the fourth year of trying to get the dredging process done.
