Experience a Weekend of Theater Magic in Watford City

By: Long X Arts Foundation
Theater lovers are in for a treat this November, as two extraordinary performances take center stage for Watford City’s first-ever Theater Weekend, celebrating both professional and community performing arts.
The weekend kicks off on Friday, Nov. 7, at 7 p.m. with a spectacular performance by The Barricade Boys, direct from London’s West End. Presented by the Watford City Area Concert Association, this powerhouse vocal group brings the energy and passion of musical theater to the Watford City High School Theater.
Founded by West End stars Scott Garnham and Simon Schofield, The Barricade Boys deliver an electrifying concert experience that blends beloved musical hits with the best of pop, rock, and swing. Each member has appeared in the world’s most iconic musical, Les Misérables, and their collective credits include Mamma Mia, Wicked, Billy Elliot, The Book of Mormon, The Sound of Music, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Phantom of the Opera. Expect strong vocals, rich harmonies, and slick choreography in a show that will lift your spirits and make your heart sing.
Use or purchase your Concert Series membership, which starts at $50 per person and includes access to concerts in Watford City as well as reciprocity concerts in Williston, Dickinson, Hazen, and Crosby. Orm individual tickets are $30, and students, teachers, and military attend free, thanks to a generous sponsorship by the American Legion.
