Farmer staff wins 44 awards in N.D. Better Newspaper Contest
The McKenzie County Farmer received 44 awards in news reporting, advertising and photography, including second place in the General Excellence category and third place in front page design in the North Dakota Better Newspaper Contest.
“I am extremely proud of our entire staff, especially when you consider that many of the events that we normally cover didn’t happen because of COVID-19,” stated Neal A. Shipman, Farmer editor, on being notified of their winnings.
