Former Tribal Official sentenced to prison

Frank Charles Grady, a former Tribal government official of the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Mandan, Hidatsa, and Arikara (MHA) Nation, was sentenced to six years and three months in prison on Nov. 21, for a bribery scheme involving solicitation, bribes and kickbacks from a contractor providing construction services on the Fort Berthold Indian Reservation, home of the MHA Nation.
