Grasshoppers are nuisance for locals

In parts of McKenzie County, the grasshopper populations seem to be skyrocketing. Local residents, as well as farmers and ranchers have expressed frustration and concern about the number of these insects.
In an effort to find out more about the swarms of insects that are all over the county, the Farmer contacted multiple local and state agencies, only to be told that there are no local or state agencies that have authority to address the grasshoppers.
