Lobato has preliminary hearing on felony charges

Dylan Lobato of Watford City was accompanied by an attorney from his legal team with Sand Law PLLC, for his preliminary hearing last week on the charges of gross sexual imposition - sexual contact-force, a Class A Felony; burglary-night, a Class B Felony; terrorizing-with a dangerous weapon-adult victim and three Class A Misdemeanor charges for sexual assault-offensive contact and two counts of wearing a mask during commission of a criminal offense.
North Dakota States Attorney Ty Skarda called their witness, Detective TFO Schatz, who provided testimony that he was called out to respond to two separate sexual assaults that happened on July 11, 2023, within a short amount of time and within approximately 200 yards of each other.
