McKenzie County Public School District No. 1 sees over 2,100 students enrolled at start of year

Preliminary enrollment numbers for McKenzie County Public School District No. 1 (MCPSD1) show that there has been an increase in the number of enrolled students this year. Last year the district celebrated officially crossing the threshold of 2,000 students in the beginning of the 2022-23 school year, with the official count of 2,003 students.
MCPSD1 reports that as of Sept. 7, there were 2,129 students enrolled, though the schools were still analyzing the actual registration and enrollment numbers. Official numbers were not set to be released until the tenth.
