Northwest District Court holds status hearing on Allman

On May 22, 2024 Christopher Walter James Allman had a fitness hearing with the Northwest Judicial District, during which the court was updated on the status of Allman’s competency evaluation.
Allman has been charged with seven Class C Felonies: three counts of Domestic Violence - Serious bodily injury, two counts of Felonious Restraint - Restrains - Adult Victim, and two counts of Terrorizing - Adult victim - DV of terrorizing adult victims.
According to paperwork filed with the Northwest District Courts, charges were filed after two battered women approached a Watford City Police (WCPD) officer at the McKenzie County Law Enforcement Center parking lot.
