Warren pleads guilty to promoting a sexual performance by a minor

Nineteen year-old Kenneth Keith Warren of Watford City, was accompanied by his attorney last Wednesday at the McKenzie County Courthouse for a Change of Plea Hearing for criminal charges brought against him in August 2023, involving explicit materials of minors.
Warren pleaded guilty to a Class B Felony of promoting a sexual performance by a minor; and three Class C Felony charges of possession of certain materials prohibited.
