Watford City Council approves 2024 budget

At their October meeting, members of the Watford City Council approved the final budget for 2024.
Included in the budget were not only salaries for city employees, but the maintenance and operational costs for all of the departments within the city.
The Fox Hills Golf Course and the Rough Rider Center also had 2024 budgets approved as part of the overall city budget.
The city officials say they try and do a comprehensive budget each year to be as fiscally responsible as possible for the residents of the city.
