Gary Jordan

At Gary’s request there will be no services but there will be a BBQ per his request at a later date. Cremation has taken place under the care of Fulkerson Funeral Home of Watford City.
 Gary Lee Jordan, 57, passed away on Friday evening, July 26, 2013, due to a long battle of cancer. He passed with his loved ones around him.
Gary Lee was born on June 11, 1956, in Redding, Calif., the son of Francis and Rozella (Putnam) Jordan. He grew up in California and attended schools in Orovile and Loyalton. Gary served in the United States Army and served in Korea, Japan and Alaska. He was honorably discharge November 26, 1976.
Gary was united in marriage to Wild Marleen Palmer on July 24, 1981, in Branson, Mo. Gary attended truck driving school in Casper, Wyo., In 1990, he drove truck for two years. Then he taught his wife to drive truck and in 1992 they started team driving. His wife stop driving and Gary continued to drive for several more years. In 2008, they moved to Watford City, N.D. and Gary fell in love with the quiet city. While living in Watford City, Gary was a diesel mechanic for Red Rock Transportation.
Gary has several things he enjoyed in life; his family was number one, going gold mining, fishing, camping and 4-wheeling.
Surviving him are: his wife, Wilda Marleen and daughter, Kayleigh Rose of the home; daughters, Melisa (David) Row of Clearlake, Calif., and Tanya Perez of Lincoln, Neb.; sons, Chip (Kelly) Jordan of Rock Springs, Wyo., Joseph (Heather) Jordan of Lapwai, Idaho and Gary A. (Crystal) of Watford City, N.D.; 17 grandchildren, one great-grandson and another great-grandson due in November; several brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and several friends in Watford City.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, and one brother.
