Raymond Hoffmann

Raymond Louis Hoffmann, 77, joined his Father in Heaven, July 13, 2013. Raymond was born July 11, 1936, in Watford City, N.D., the son of Louis and Cora (LaPlant) Hoffmann.
He graduated high school in Provo, Utah, served in the U. S. Navy from 1955 to 1959, and then worked in the oil business. Ray married Anna Margaret Komer, Sept. 5, 1959, at St. John’s and was blessed with five vibrant sons.
In 1977, he earned an Associates degree from Butler Community College and became an RN. He retired after more than 25 years of nursing. Raymond was a Fourth Degree member of the Knights of Columbus, an avid fisherman, camper and craftsman.
Surviviors included his wife, Anna of the home; sons Robert (Sharon) of ElDorado, William (Michelle) of Wichita, Joseph (Gail) of Orlando, Fla., James (Susan) of Burns, and curtis (Randi) of Tecumseh, Kansas; brothers Donald (Betty)  and Leonard (Lillian) all of Watford, N.D; sister Beulah Morgan of California; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and two sisters.
