Clay Target League National Championship won by local team
Two former members of the Watford City FFA were part of the Williston State College Trap Shooting team that won the Collegiate National Clay Target League Championship.
Clay Ceynar and Neil Dahl both had a total score of 99 in the Varsity High Gun Male Competition, only being beat by teammate Grantlee Hoffman. Because both Ceynar and Dahl tied for their individual scores, the final place determination was made by a tiebreaker. The tiebreaker for the Collegiate National Championship is determined by a “reverse run.”
