Girls 19U hockey team downs Crosby and Sidney in hockey action

The Watford City Oilers 19U girls hockey team went 2-1 last weekend, downing Crosby and Sidney before falling to highly-ranked Bottineau/Rugby on Saturday.
The Oilers hosted Crosby on Thursday night at the Rough Rider Center and found themselves trailing the Comets, 2-0, early in the first period. The Oilers fought back behind a goal from Kaylor Knutson, after a strong forecheck from Charlotte Fiedler and Kayden Samuelson. The Oilers would tie the game late in the first period on a goal by Gracie Hall with assists by Eastyn Wold and Rayna Blegen.
