Spikers thump Parshall

After falling to Stanley in three games on Tuesday, the Watford City varsity volleyball team regrouped and took three games from Parshall on Thursday.
With the win, the Wolves improved their dual record to 3-5 and their overall record to 11-9.
This week, the Wolves will host Trenton on Thursday before competing in the Beach Invitational on Saturday.

Stanley 3, Watford City 0
Watford City had no answer for Stanley’s hard-hitting offense as the Wolves dropped three games to the Blue Jays last Tuesday. The Blue Jays swept the Wolves by scores of 25-17, 25-16 and 25-21.
Justine Homiston led Watford City with four service aces, while Marti Quale and Dani Bates had five kills each. Quale and Sierra Perdue ended the match with 14 digs each.

Watford City made short work of Parshall in varsity girls volleyball action as the Wolves easily defeated the Braves in three games by scores of 25-13, 25-22 and 25-11.
Marti Quale had a big night for the Wolves as she had six service aces, four kills and eight assists to help lead Watford City to the win.
