Watford City boys track team sending more qualifiers for State

Last Chance Meet in Mandan
We had a new qualifier and improved some qualifying times at this meet. Parker Schuster qualified the 100 and was an event winner in the 400. Ethan Dennis improved his qualifying times in the 100 and 400. We improved our qualifying time in the 4x100 relay with Ethan Dennis, Chase Cutshall, Jasiah Norton and Parker Schuster. Chase Cutshall was very close to qualifying the long jump, only needing 6 more inches. Chase also ran well in the 300 hurdles getting closer to a qualifying time just needing another 1.4 seconds. Up next is the region meet in Dickinson at the DSU BAC on Friday May 17th with a 1:00 PM CST start time. This meet will be a final opportunity to qualify and improve marks going into the state meet May 23-25 in Bismarck.
