Watford City Phillies drop two to Burlington

The Phillies could not keep pace with Burlington Wednesday, June 19.
Burlington got on the board in the top of the first inning after the Phillies committed an error, scoring six runs.
Burlington added one run in the second after a player hit a sacrifice fly.
Erin Luna pitched four innings in relief for the Phillies. The reliever gave up four hits and one run while, striking out two and walking one. Trysten Devries took the loss for the Phillies. The righty went three innings, giving up eight runs (six earned) on seven hits, striking out none and walking seven.
Rylen Petersen led the Phillies with three runs batted in from the number seven spot in the lineup. They went 2-for-4 on the day. Luna and Petersen each collected two hits for the Phillies.
