The Watford City Wolves used a dynamic rushing attack to come from behind and defeat Hazen 22-16 on Friday night.
Hazen scored first on a 19-yard touchdown pass from Bradyn Braithwaite to Jaran Reinhardt to end a nine-play, 77-yard drive. The Bison added the two-point conversion for an 8-0 lead. In the second quarter, the Bison downed a punt at the Watford City 3-yard line. That set the stage for a record to be broken. On the first play of the drive, Ethan Dennis took the handoff and ran for 97 yards.
