McKenzie County Sportsman’s Club to hold Grand Opening

“It’s exciting. It’s been a long process,” says Heather Stabler, of the McKenzie County Sportsman’s Club’s Grand Opening on Saturday, July 30.
There’s been a lot of hours, hard work, sweat and tears that have gone into the outdoor shooting range. Stabler says it’s finally become something to show for.
“We finally developed it to this point and want to show everyone what we have to offer and build on it from here,” Stabler says.
As the American Legion Carl E. Rogen Post 29 will kick off the day with an official flag raising ceremony, Howdy Lawlar will be emceeing the event, Stabler says.
“We’ll be making a presentation to the newest lifetime members,” she says. “They’ll receive Henry Golden Boys lever-action rim fire rifles that are engraved with their names and the club logo on the stock.”
