“A lot of people want designer dogs,” says Pat McCaffrey of today’s society.
While owning a rescue dog isn’t for the faint of heart, adopting one changed McCaffrey’s life for the better.
“He goes everywhere I go. That was the condition to come work here,” says McCaffrey, a self-employed pipefitter who recently took a job in Watford City.
