Ag lender is newest member of Watford City Area Chamber of Commerce

Jayden Leiseth has become the newest board member of the Watford City Area Chamber of Commerce, and she is excited to get started.
“I’m excited,” she told The Farmer. “Even when I was a kid I wanted to be a part of [the Chamber of Commerce]. Maybe I was a weird kid, but I always wanted to be part of putting together all of the things like the Best of the West Ribfest.”
Leiseth has grown up in Watford City and says she plans to stay in the area her whole life.
“I was so surprised when they asked me if I wanted to be a part of it, my first thought was ‘Are you serious?’ Then I thought, ‘Am I old enough?’” Leiseth said with a laugh.
