Best of the West Ribfest 2023 will happen on Main Street this August

For the last 19 years, The Best of the West Ribfest has called Main Street in Watford City home. Due to the growth the event has seen, the Watford City Chamber of Commerce (WCCC) Board of Directors decided to look into the possibility of moving the event to the Rough Rider Center parking lot to better accommodate the growing crowds.
The WCCC Board of Directors has said that the event has been increasing in popularity and attendance, prompting concerns about safety as well as space for vendors. They have estimated nearly 7,000 people at recent Ribfest events and anticipate a record setting year in 2023.
