Five candidates now race for two seats in county at June election

The 2022 election season has officially begun.
As the filing deadline of April 11 has passed, the June 14 election will be the one and only election date for city, school and park district positions, while the top candidates for county and state offices will advance to the Nov. 8 General Election.
