A 37-year-old Oklahoma man is facing three felony charges, including attempted kidnapping and terrorizing, as well as a Class B misdemeanor charge after he was arrested by the Watford City Police Department on Sept. 3.
According to court documents filed in the Northwest District Court, Kyle Dwayne Hale was arrested after law enforcement received a report of a male striking a female behind a Watford City bar.
Hale and a woman were seen leaving the parking lot and traveling south on Main Street in his pickup where the vehicle was observed swerving.
At 1:32 a.m., law enforcement, the ambulance service and fire department were called to 22 M Street NW where a vehicle had rolled several times. The reporting party said that the female victim was in the vehicle and had blood around her mouth and a bump on her head.
