Heritage Day to take place this Saturday

The 23rd annual Heritage Day will be held on Saturday, Sept. 16, at the McKenzie County Heritage Park/North Dakota Oil Museum.
The annual celebration is being piloted by Ferin Moore, who explained what Heritage Day is about, “Heritage Day is an opportunity to honor the heritage and combined history of the area. It is when the whole heritage park comes to life for a day.”
The Heritage Park features a number of old buildings and during the annual celebration, each one is manned by staff and volunteers to make them run as authentically as possible.
