Lack of workers impacting businesses

When COVID-19 hit last March, it was somewhat expected that people would fall out of the workforce in staggering numbers. The expected drop in employees was due to them becoming sick or simply living in fear of the virus.
But months after the pandemic slowed and the economy began to recover, business owners are struggling to find workers.
“We’re probably short over 50 employees just in Watford City,” says Aaron Pelton, of 6 Shooters’ LLP.
