McKenzie County Ag Expo construction on schedule

McKenzie County Fair Board officials say the fairgrounds construction project is on pace for the opening of the 2023 McKenzie County Fair.
“We’ve been smooth sailing all year. We’re still right on Fair time,” says Chris Kubal, director of the McKenzie County Ag Expo and chairman of the building committee.
Construction and renovations began in September of 2021 and the result will be a new fairgrounds site consisting of 212 acres, with a 112,000-square foot Ag Expo building, a 15,000-square foot exhibit hall, a 51,000-square foot livestock room and more.
