New website helps community members assess mental health

The McKenzie County Community Coalition (MCCC), in conjunction with the Upper Missouri District Health Unit and CHI St. Alexius Health, launched an online platform for area residents to track their mental health: umdhu.crediblemind.com.
Users are able to access podcasts, online programs and participate in self-assessments geared toward mental health at no cost.
“It will link them (website visitors) to all types of local and regional resources, and throughout the United States,” said Miranda Samuelson-Figaro, MCCC grant coordinator. “The website basically addresses anything related to behavioral health.”
