Rough Rider Center offers countless summer programs

Whatever it is that you find fun in when it comes to sports and recreation, the chances are that Watford City’s Rough Rider Center (RRC) has something that caters to it. This summer, a multitude of recreational activities will be offered for the community to enjoy.
“Our slow-pitch softball games have been going great. We just finished our third week, says Josh Nollmeyer, Rough Rider Center recreation planner.
Whether a person is looking for slow-pitch or fast-pitch softball, baseball, basketball or swimming, there’s many different recreational activities currently being offered for the youth and adults.
“Between all of the programs right now, we have over 400 kids. So it’s the best year we’ve had and it’s really awesome,” says Nollmeyer.
