Watford City man charged with gross sexual imposition, terrorizing with dangerous weapon

Dylan Lobato, 22, of Watford City has been charged with a Class A Felony for gross sexual imposition-sexual contact-force; a Class B Felony for burglary-night; a Class C Felony for terrorizing-with a dangerous weapon-adult victim and three Class A Misdemeanor charges for sexual assault-offensive contact and two counts of wearing a mask during commission of criminal offense.
On Tuesday, July 11, the Watford City Police Department received a report of a sexual assault that took place at approximately 1:20 a.m. Upon arriving at the scene the Task Force Officer was informed of a previous attack on a female cab driver prior to the report of the sexual assault.
