Watford City students to receive free breakfast in 2024-25

McKenzie County Public School District No. 1 (MCPSD1) has announced that there will be free breakfast for all students every Monday throughout the school year. The district states, “This free breakfast meal (does not include Grab & Go items, nor seconds) has been made possible through a generous donation to the Food Services program.”
The meal prices for the 2024-25 school year were set by the MCPSD1 School Board at their meeting on July 29, 2024. Breakfast is set at $2.35 for students of all grades, and lunch prices range between $3.35 and $3.55 depending on the students’ grade.
