Watford man faces seven felony charges of child pornography

Devin Womack, 30, of Watford City is facing two Class A felonies of promoting or directing an obscene sexual performance by a minor, as well as five Class C Felony counts of possession of certain materials prohibited after his arrest by the Watford City Police Department.
According to court documents on April 17, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children received a report from Snapchat that files of suspected child sex abuse material had been uploaded by Snapchat user dirtydev_91. Subpoenas were served to RTC and Verizon and Womack was identified as the suspect and to have been at a Watford City address where the videos were uploaded to Snapchat.
