Woman charged with seven counts of endangering children

Sara Epperson has been charged with two Class C Felonies for DUI - fourth offense in 15 years, and for the refusal to submit to a chemical test for the fourth or higher time in 15 years. She was also charged with seven counts of reckless endangerment, a Class A Misdemeanor, and driving with a revoked license, a Class B Misdemeanor.
According to documents filed with the Northwest District Courts, on May 20, a North Dakota Highway Patrol Officer was flagged down by a motorist along Hwy. 85 between Alexander and Williston. The officer noted there were three vehicles pulled over onto the shoulder of the road: a station wagon, a minivan, and a pick up.
