Comets now 6-0 with victory over M-L-S

The Alexander Comets went on the road and defeated Mohall-Lansford-Sherwood (M-L-S) 40-34 last Friday. The Comets are now 6-0 and one of only five undefeated teams left in North Dakota 9-Man Football.
“We had a hot start in the first half,” said Alexander Head Coach Trey Jacobson. “Both teams fought hard.” The Comets took a 27-14 lead into the halftime break, but M-L-S refused to go quietly into the night. “M-L-S controlled the third quarter,” continued Jacobson.
