Comets pick up win over Divide County

The Alexander Comets boys varsity basketball team picked up a 44-25 win over the Divide County junior varsity on Monday, Jan. 3, to improve their season record to 3-1.
After a close first quarter that saw the Comets holding a slim two-point, 8-6, lead, Alexander went on a 21-5 scoring spree in the second quarter to take a 29-11 advantage into the lockers at halftime.
