Oilers 19U bring home another win
Saturday, Jan. 21, the Watford City 19U girls traveled to West Fargo to take on the Stampede in a league game. The Oilers had several scoring chances in the first period but hit the post and missed the net. The girls wasted no time in the second getting on the board. After a dump in by Lauren Melland the Stampede committed a costly turnover, leaving a puck loose on the right side of the net. Eastyn Wold was there to snap it home to make it 1-0. That score would hold until midway through the third period.
