Oilers Jr. Gold go 1-2 in hockey action

The Watford City Oilers Jr. Gold went 1-2 last week. They beat Williston JV on Tuesday, 5-2, lost to Grand Forks on Friday 3-4, and lost to Langdon on Saturday 1-11.
On Tuesday, Jan. 17, the Oilers traveled to Williston to take on the Coyote JV team in a non-conference game. The Oilers got off to a slow start with only four shots on goal in the first half of the game, but found themselves down only 1-0 when they finally started to come alive. Kash Berdahl started the scoring for the Oilers when he gathered in a loose puck in the high slot, turned and fired the puck to the back of the net.
