Wolves season comes to an end

Watford City hit the road for their 2023 season finale and lost to West Fargo Horace 40-6. Horace was coming off of a surprise victory over Jamestown and rode that momentum for the big win as they celebrated the first Senior Day in school history. “We were unable to match their intensity and Horace was able to control the line of scrimmage,” said Watford City coach, Justin Johnsrud. “It really prevented us from finding any rhythm offensively so we weren’t able to control the ball on sustained drives and keep the ball away from them.”
