These past few weekends have been full of surprises for the Watford City High School Wrestling Team. In Hettinger, the team had 7 out of 10 varsity wrestlers place and all of the junior varsity wrestlers placed in their weight classes.
Sam Inman placed 3rd overall in the 285-pound weight division. He won his match as a freshman going against a senior. Rowdy Mott, a freshman, placed 4th in the 12-pound weight division, and James Rasmussen, a junior in the 127-pound weight division, placed 6th overall. “We are incredibly proud of these wrestlers.”
