COLA approved for all Watford City employees

In December 2022, the Watford City City Council approved a cost of living adjustment (COLA) for all city employees. The COLA that was decided upon was four percent.
Cost of living is defined as the amount of money needed to pay for the basic common expenses required to maintain a certain lifestyle. This COLA will be applied to the base pay of all county employees.
