Growing a garden is Meuchel’s therapy

Pretty much everyone has an outlet to minimize stress and anxiety. For Tami Meuchel, who lives on the outskirts of Watford City, it’s getting things to grow. And sometimes, they grow bigger than she anticipated.
Last week, Meuchel was headed out to tend to her garden when her husband, Sam, who accompanied her, noticed something that made him stare in disbelief. It appeared to be a gigantic zucchini.
“The wind had blown the leaves away from the fence a little ways and we were actually able to see the zucchini,” says Tami.
