Annie Brown and her sister-in-law, Laura Dillman, partnered to open a franchise of the national, and international company, Home Instead, becoming only the third in the state to do so, in February 2023. Since then they have experienced the challenges and gratification that come with the growth of their business.
“Home Instead is a franchise for “non medical home health” services,” Brown explained. “With this we are able to serve the western part of North Dakota. Our office is located in Killdeer, N.D. but we have caregivers and clients currently in Watford City that serve our clients in town, along with in Keene, Arnegard and the Tobacco Gardens Area, and a team of caregivers that live in Dickinson, to serve our clients in Killdeer, Richardton, Gladstone, Fairfield and Medora.”
